For anyone that has been by the clinic recently, you would have noticed the ongoing construction on the outside of the building! Unfortunately, as is often the case, this constructions was met with significant delays which has further inconvenienced our patrons and left the outside of the building an “eye-sore” for a longer than expected period of time. We have been assured that construction will resume this coming week as we work towards an updated look with new awnings on the face of the building. We thank-you all for your patience and encourage you to obey the “one way” traffic signs in the parking lot!

Construction on the inside of the office stayed on schedule however, thanks to Jim Lunn and the crew at Pro Trade Contracting! Our third unit at 180 Parsons Road has been fully operational for a couple of months now, giving us a larger open gym space, some much needed storage space, a lunch room for the staff, and some room to grow.

This additional space has afforded us the opportunity to offer small group Yoga classes with licensed Yoga instructor Erin Dodington. Erin is currently teaching classes at South Simcoe Physiotherapy every Thursday evening from 6-7pm. If you are interested in a free trial session, please contact the front desk staff at (705)250-6000 or by email at info@southsimcoephysio.ca.

Our regular patients will surely notice that one of our mainstays for the past 6+ years isn’t currently in the clinic. Preya is now off on maternity leave awaiting the birth of her 3rd child. We wish her all the best as she prepares for this and look forward to meeting “baby Ramdass”! Maria is also expecting the birth of her first child, and will be with us until the end of September (at which time she will be on maternity leave herself).

Finally, we are happy to announce that we have two new physios starting with us to allow us to continue to accommodate our ever growing clientele. More info on the new therapists to come!

Thank you all again for your patience on the construction!
