What’s new at South Simcoe Physio?
First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kim for her nearly 4 years of service at SSP and wish her luck on her new business venture. We will miss her smiling face at the front desk. On that note, we welcome Christine to the front desk staff to work along our mainstay Tammy.

All of our therapists have been busy of late as well! Here is a run down as to what we’ve been up to:
Lindsay has returned from her maternity leave and has picked up where she left off, providing exceptional manual therapy and dry-needling focused physiotherapy to her patients. She is also enrolled in an introductory course in vestibular rehabilitation this winter in order to treat those tricky patients with dizziness, inner ear, and balance dysfunction.
Shaveta recently completed her introductory and advanced level course in vestibular rehabilitation. She is also enrolled in the Shift Concussion Rehabilitation course this upcoming weekend, which will give South Simcoe Physio 2 Shift concussion providers!
Maria has continued on the long journey of pursuing her Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She is currently mid-way through her level 2 lower extremity course, having completed her upper in the spring.
Preya has remained just as busy as the rest of us! She recently completed a rather large exam and is also enrolling in an additional course in pelvic health addressing issues such as diastasis recti. This is in addition to her previous courses already completed in pelvic health and urinary incontinence.
Meanwhile, Ryan recently completed teaching another prep course in advanced manual and manipulative therapy and has already begun the next round of teaching, this time it’s the prep course for the intermediate level in manual and manipulative therapy.
South Simcoe Physiotherapy continues to strive to be your “one-stop-shop” for all of your physiotherapy and massage therapy needs! As always, our treatments are One-on-One and provided by a physiotherapist.
**Not only do we provide manual therapy, acupuncture, and IMS/dry needling, but we also provide concussion rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, as well as pelvic health and urinary incontinence rehabilitation**
