John Hyun joined South Simcoe Physiotherapy in 2015 after completing his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York in 2012. Before getting into the DPT program, John attended McMaster University and graduated with a Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. John is currently a dual-licensed physiotherapist in Canada and the United States. In clinic, John strives to provide patient centered care using his training in manual therapy, acupuncture, and Kinesio-taping to effectively treat a wide array of orthopedic injuries. He is also accredited as an Assisted Devices Program (ADP) Authorizer through the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. John plans to continue his training in manual therapy through the orthopedic division of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association.
