SHIFT concussion provider!

Ryan recently completed his certification to become a SHIFT concussion management provider. The training allows Ryan to provide assessment and treatment of acute and chronic concussions; provide baseline testing using the ImPACT test to sporting and other organizations; and to help guide return to sport/work guidelines in those that have been injured. If you or someone that you know have suffered a concussion, or would like to have baseline testing completed to aid in return to sport considerations (should one occur), contact our office today.

Christmas collection!

It is that time of year again at South Simcoe Physiotherapy! Once again we will collecting cash for a worthy cause, as well as non-perishable foods for the local Good Sheppard food bank.

The cash donations this year will go towards the medical related expenses for a 7 year-old girl in Beeton who has been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Sarah had been treated with chemotherapy starting around the time of her 4th birthday, but the family learned this past July that the cancer had returned. We will donate all of this money directly to the family to be used to cover travel expenses, medical care not covered, time off work, or however else the family might see fit. We would like to thank all of you in advance for your generosity, as well as those of you whom have donated in the past. Both of these causes are well worth our attention!
